Senior UX Designer
My main task is to improve user experience in different systems that are used in Telia. My main project that I’ve been working on is Salesforce’s Sales Cloud.
I have developed a Design Guideline based on Lightning Components that helps to keep the system unified and makes it easier to navigate different pages when content and components are located in the same places.
The guideline is going to be integrated in Sweden and Norway as well, so every unit will have similar experience using Salesforce regardless of which country they are working at.

I worked on Salesforce’s Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud, improving the user experience on these platforms and I also did front-end development on the Marketing Cloud. I created landing pages, questionnaire pages, emails and other projects that were moved from Telia.fi domain to Marketing Cloud.
